Once implemented, what can users expect? 

When it comes to the benefits experienced by Simply Conveyancing during their initial trial of Orbital Residential, their title checking team recorded a material reduction in average time spent per title check, which allowed the conveyancing firm to free up substantial capacity for title checking and improve the quality assurance of title checking and reporting. 

For Simply, the benefits can be summarised by their Title Checkers. 

Stefanie referenced the added support the use of AI technology offered her in her day-to-day activities: ‘for me it was the extra pair of eyes... the comfort to know that I hadn’t missed anything - or perhaps I was looking at things that I didn’t need to spend that much time looking at.’
